Marc De Volder is currently Head of the Siemens Automotive Department for the Siemens Industry Sector in Mexico. He eis responsible for the Products & Systems Sales and Promotion as well as for the implementation of turnkey solutions for production lines, mainly in assembly and body shops.

Before, he was appointed as a Corporate Account Manager at Siemens France for the PSA and Renault accounts worldwide coordinating process and infrastructure investments for the Siemens Industry, Infrastructure & Cities and Energy Sectors. He gains also a large professional experience by working by different OEMs and Machines builders in Germany.

The focused customers are the Automotive End-customers, 1st Tiers suppliers, OEMs, Machines builders and Integrators. Due to the specific needs of standardization in the Automotive Industry; Siemens propose pre-designed solutions shaped to the different production shops as well as dedicated architectures based on a large, worldwide experience with all automotive key players.

Optimizing the automotive value chain is a challenge since decades at Siemens and today many engineering tools are at disposal to create intelligent product and production lifecycles. Accelerating the time to market by unifying the lifecycle processes is the key idea to assume the next level of productivity requested by all customers.
