Pol van Eyghen, born in 1962, Belgian, married, 2 children, is manager of the FITT - Institute for Technology Transfer of the University of Applied Sciences of the Saarland and responsible for the knowledge transfer.

After his study (Bordeaux INSEEC, in 1981 - 84) he came to Saarland and worked in the car special mechanical engineering for long time. In 1998-2002, after 4 years of activity as a project manager at the company for economic development of Saarland, he changed to the car supplier “Grupo Antolin” in the Ford supplier park. There he was General Manager of the Plant for just in sequence module assembling.

Since April 2002 he is the successful CEO of the FITT, the technology transfer firm of the HTW. Because of his efforts projects like AKJ Automotive, Projekt24H, V300 + and 140 other projects succeeded.
