With more than 25 years of working experience in the car industry, thereof 20 years as head of procurement, leading and developing people in such diverse tasks as head of procurement, project management, or task force management in German, Hungarian and Slovenian companies, extensive expertise and success in company restructuring, strategic repositioning, business development, JV-Agreements and production site analysis is Mr. Arnold integrated in many re-organization and optimisation projects of suppliers.
Besides he is active with his Network in sales force for Hungarian, Spain and Slovenian Companies for repositioning the German market.
After Diploma in Business Administration at University of Applied Sciences, in Würzburg, He started his business career in different areas e.g. account management, Project management and special tasks at Hohe-KG. In 1991 he moved in the position as Head procurement and started in 1997 for nearly 10 Years at Schefenacker AG as Global Head Purchasing. Since 2007 he developed his own business as Consultant in Interims functions, mostly for Tier1 Suppliers in the Automotive Industry.
